How Troldtekt® contributes to WELL-certified buildings

Troldtekt contributes to a comfortable indoor climate with good acoustics. That counts in a WELL certification, which focuses strongly on the health and well-being of users.

In collaboration with Ramboll, we have prepared a documentation package to make it easier for auditors to calculate the specific contribution of our products to the various WELL criteria.

Troldtekt® can contribute to 17 of the criteria

Troldtekt contributes to a total of 17 of the 120 features of the WELL standard.

The table is based on the WELL v2 Building Standard.

Please note that Troldtekt cannot fulfil an entire feature, but that the acoustic panels have a positive impact on the overall points score in a feature. Troldtekt’s contribution will be project-specific.

About WELL

WELL is an American certification scheme established in 2014. WELL focuses in particular on enhancing human health and well-being in the built environment. It therefore differs from some of the other more technical certifications, meaning it is often used in combination with DGNB, LEED or BREEAM, for example.
